This website and all content within it is owned and provided by MindSpeaking, KvK 77861787 (“MindSpeaking”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”), a company registered in The Netherlands with its registered office at Columbusplein 44-III, 1057 VB, Amsterdam.

MindSpeaking is committed to protecting the privacy of those who access and use our websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is designed to inform you about the types of information we collect, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of that information.

This Policy applies solely to information collected through the websites, web pages, interactive features, applications, and their respective contents at, whether accessed via computer, mobile device, or other technology. This Policy does not apply to the practices of third-party companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals who we do not employ or manage, including any third parties to whom we may disclose user information as provided in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect


We collect information to provide a secure and relevant experience while using our websites, products, or services. We collect two different types of information: Personal Information and Usage Information. We acquire information in two main ways: information you provide directly (for example by sending us a message through a form or by registering for an account) and information we acquire automatically or passively about how the Services are accessed and used.


2.1 Personal Information

As used herein, the term “Personal Information” means information that specifically identifies an individual (such as a name, address, telephone number, mobile number, e-mail address, or photograph), or information about that individual that is directly linked to personally identifiable information or information from which an individual could reasonably be identified. Personal Information does not include Usage Information (as defined below).

2.2 Usage Information


Usage Information may include details about your use of this website, including clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, and timestamps. This data provides us with information about the use of the Services, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Services, how long they stay on that page, and which hyperlinks, if any, they click on. This information helps us to keep the Services fresh and interesting to our visitors and to tailor content to visitors’ interests. Usage Information is generally non-identifying, but if we associate it with you as a specific and identifiable person, we will treat it as Personal Information.


2.3 Information You Provide


You can contact us at any time in many ways through the website. You may choose to provide Personal Information through the Services. We will collect Personal Information when you contact us through the Services or otherwise communicate or interact with us. In addition, you may submit Personal Information about other people. We will use any information that we collect from you about another person to carry out your request. If you do not want your Personal Information collected, please do not submit it.

General Contact Forms

When you use our contact forms we collect your email address, first and last name, and the content of any messages you send to us. You will never receive marketing-related messages by contacting us through our contact form unless it specifically relates to the message that you’ve sent to us.


Meeting Scheduling System

When you book a call with us, we collect your email address, first and last name, and the content of any messages you send to us.

Newsletter Forms

When you submit one of the forms to receive free materials like the Maturity Model or the sample of my book, you automatically join the email list. This means that you might receive emails with information about data, communication, and promotions of our services. Every email includes a footer with links to modify your details and/or your subscription preferences. We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically


We use cookies for security purposes and to provide an intuitive and personalized experience while visiting our Services. Cookies are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. Cookies allow us to collect technical and navigational information, such as browser type, time spent on our Services and pages visited.

We do this to carry out your requests, to make various features, services, and materials available to you through the Services, and to respond to your inquiries.   4. Google for various business needs: Google Privacy Policy.

  5. Microsoft for various business needs: Microsoft Privacy Policy.

  6. Zoom for having online meetings: Zoom Privacy Policy.

  7. ClickMeeting for interactive training sessions: ClickMeeting Privacy Policy.

  8. Meta for conversion tracking and audiences: Facebook Privacy Policy.

We may use other third-party service providers from time to time, whether or not listed above.


4. Your Access and Choice

When you register with MindSpeaking, you may be prompted to choose whether you want to receive information from us about our products or services or special promotions. If you do not want to receive this information, do not enter your email address on the opt-in page(s).

We are under no obligation to store your Personal Information indefinitely and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction of such Personal Information. You should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons.


5. Links to Other Websites


The Services may provide links to other websites that we do not own or operate. This includes links from partners who may use our logo(s) as part of co-branding agreements or arrangements. To the extent that any linked websites are not part of the Services (and you should assume that they are not), we do not control, recommend, endorse, and are not responsible for these websites or their content, products, services, or privacy policies or practices. These other websites may send their own cookies to your device, they may independently collect data or solicit Personal Information, and may or may not have their own privacy notices or policies. You should also independently assess the authenticity of any website which appears or claims that it is one of our Services (including those linked to through an email or social networking page).


6. Children’s Privacy


We do not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without his or her consent, he or she should contact us (see How to Contact Us section below). We will take all reasonable steps to delete such information from our database within a reasonable time.


7. How We Protect Personal Information


We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, considering the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal data. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and no application, Internet, or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, and we do not guarantee the security of any personal information. You are also responsible for ensuring that your account and the passwords we provide to you are protected. Please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use the Services and provide us with your information at your own risk.

Information that we collect through the Services will be transferred to and processed in the United States and in any other country where MindSpeaking or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third party service providers maintain facilities or personnel. By using the Services, or providing us with any information, you consent to the collection, processing, maintenance, and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other applicable territories in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as, or equivalent to, those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen.

This Policy and other information on the Services may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you, and any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy on the Services. However, if we make material changes, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised.
