Have you ever built a data product that others never used?
Start with 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, not with 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆.
Ask the end-users:
1️⃣ 𝗪𝗛𝗬 do you want it?
2️⃣ 𝗛𝗢𝗪 do you want to use it?
3️⃣ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 do you need so that the data product will make your job easier or more effective?
This will not only help you understand what end-users need.
Also, you will build trust, which increases the chance that they will use your data products.
Don’t sit in a dark corner focusing only on the technology.
Instead, start with the end-users to understand their psychology.
